Boiling it down, there are just a few things that I like doing:

Knowledge will set us free but not if it's in a silo.

I am passionate about freeing up organisation's latent knowledge to help it solve more problems with the same resources.

Mapping processes to see how things work and then having open chats about "why" things are as they are really interests me.

Like a five year old, I'm the guy that keeps asking "why" until I feel that I've got to the root of the problem.
